Filling and sealing machine is an integrated packaging equipment for filling cosmetics, food, chemical and other industries, with a wide range of applications. So, next, let's explain the usage process of this device:

1. Check whether the components are intact and secure, whether the power supply voltage is normal, and whether the air circuit is normal.

2. Check if the sleeve chain, cup holder, cam, switch, and color code sensor are intact and secure.

3. Check if the mechanical parts are connected correctly and lubricated.

4. Check if the upper pipe station, pressure pipe station, dimming station, filling station, and sealing station are coordinated.

5. Clean up tools and other objects around the equipment.

6. Check if the parts of the feeder group are intact and secure.

7. Check if the control switch is in its original position, and then use a manual roulette wheel machine to determine if there is any problem.

8. After confirming that everything is normal in the previous process, turn on the power and air valve, gently push the machine for trial operation, operate at low speed first, and then gradually increase to all normal operating speeds after everything is normal.

9. Adjust the speed of the upper pipe motor at the upper pipe station to match the speed of the electric pull rod with the speed of the machine and maintain the operation of the automatic downcomer.

10. The pressure pipe station drives the pressure head to operate simultaneously through the up and down reciprocating motion of the cam linkage mechanism, in order to press the hose to the correct position.

11. When reaching the lighting position, please use a small car to reach the lighting alignment station, rotate the lighting alignment cam to approach the switch towards the lighting cam, and make the light beam of the photoelectric switch illuminate the center of the color mark. The distance is 5-10 millimeters (mm).

When the gas station lifts the hose in the lighting station, the proximity switch at the top of the top pipe cone will open the signal through PLC, and then work through the solenoid valve. When the end of the hose is 20mm away, the paste will complete the filling and discharge of the main body.

13. Loosen the nut first to adjust the filling amount, then increase outward when tightening the corresponding screw and moving the slider of the travel arm. Otherwise, adjust inward and lock the nut afterwards.

14. The tail sealing station can adjust the upper and lower positions of the tail sealing fixture according to the requirements of the pipeline, and the gap between the tail sealing fixtures is about 0.2mm.

15. Turn on the power and air supply, start the automatic operating system, and then input the automatic use of the filling and sealing machine.

16. It is strictly prohibited for non maintenance personnel to adjust various set parameters arbitrarily. If the settings are incorrect, the device may not function properly and in severe cases may be damaged. If adjustments are needed during the application process, they must be made when the device stops running.

18. Stop pressing the 'stop' button, then turn off the power switch and gas supply switch.
