This machine adopts fuzzy control technology, integrating machine, electricity, and gas. Compared with similar products at home and abroad, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, easy operation, automatic fault alarm, non-stop sheet changing, accurate positioning of the rotating cutter, stable performance, and simple maintenance.

This machine uses aluminum-plastic composite sheets and all plastic composite sheets as raw materials, and adopts high-frequency welding technology to produce various specifications of composite hoses. The produced products have straight and firm welds, accurate cutting, and consistent length.

This machine can be matched with our company's B.ZT-III fully automatic shoulder injection machine to form a fully automatic pipe production line. Adopting a non-stop roll changing mechanism, it has the characteristics of increased sheet utilization, increased labor intensity, and safe use.

This unit mainly includes: automatic unwinding device, docking platform, storage container, automatic trimming mechanism, automatic forming device, high-frequency welding mechanism, all plastic composite material welding mechanism, vertical and horizontal indexing mechanism, automatic pipe feeding mechanism, automatic control tracking rotary cutting device, and human-machine interface control system.
