It is mainly used for stirring, homogenizing, mixing, dispersing and other processes of some fluid materials; in the process of high-speed relative rotation of the spindle and the rotor, a strong shear force is generated, so that the materials are fully mixed and broken! Vacuum to remove air bubbles during mixing.

working principle:

The material is first preheated and stirred in the water and oil pan, and then directly sucked into the homogenizing pot in a vacuum state through the conveying pipeline. In the homogenizing pot, the material is stirred by the scraper in the pot (the scraper always caters to the shape of the pot and cleans the sticky material on the wall), constantly generating new interfaces, and then shearing and compressing by the frame stirrer and its reverse stirring blade. , fold, stir and mix and then go down to the homogenizer below the pot body, and then through the shearing, impacting, turbulent flow and other processes generated between the high-speed rotating rotor and the stator, the material is smashed in the shearing seam. Cut, quickly break into particles of 200nm ~ 2μm. Material micronization, mixing, homogenization, dispersion, etc. can be completed in a short time. Since the homogenizing pot is in a vacuum state, the air bubbles generated during the stirring process of the material are evacuated in time. After the homogenization is completed, raise the lid of the pot, and press the dump button switch to discharge the material in the pot to the outer container of the pot (or open the bottom valve and pressurized valve to directly discharge the material). The heating temperature of the homogenizing pot is displayed by the temperature controller on the control panel; the homogenizing stirring and the paddle stirring can be used separately; they can also be used at the same time; Control panel adjustment. After the work is completed, the cleaning ball valve can be opened to clean the pot body.

Structure and composition:

It is divided into main pot, oil pot, water pot, electrical control system, hydraulic system, vacuum system and rack.

The main pot is composed of a homogenizing stirring pot, a homogenizing mechanism, and a two-way stirring mechanism.

Device function:

1. The top of the main pot is filled with liquid, and the function of adding trace elements; the water pot and the oil pot are semi-open, which is convenient for feeding.

2. Main pot vacuum feeding function.

3. Frame stirring and blade stirring run in opposite directions, variable frequency speed regulation, frame stirring is equipped with a scraper, and there is no dead angle.

4. Adopt foreign technology high shear homogenizer to homogenize.

5. The bottom of the main pot adopts pot bottom valve, which has positive pressure discharge function and no dead angle.

6. Both the pot and the premix pot are made of three layers, with a jacket inside, and the water can be heated or cooled.

7. Main pot lid hydraulic lift function. The pot body dumping function is convenient for cleaning inside the pot.

8. The control panel has on, off, emergency stop switch, temperature adjustment upper and lower limit setting display, stirring speed (frequency conversion speed regulation), homogenizing speed, homogenizing time control setting, vacuum, lighting, including all functions of pre-mixing pot, Lift control of hydraulic system.

9. The main pot lid is equipped with a light and a cleaning mirror, which is convenient for observing the state of the pot.

10. Equipped with emergency stop function.

Installation and debugging precautions:

1. Turn on the power supply, the power supply is consistent, and pay attention to the reliable grounding of the ground wire, turn on the main power switch, and the power indicator light is on. (After the motor is wired or not restarted for a long time, it should be jogged for a trial run, and the turning of the stirring frame is reversed when viewed from top to bottom. When debugging, you should jog the stirring trial run first, and then let the homogenizer run when it is confirmed!)

2. Correctly connect the pipes of the homogenizer (including the overflow, drain and sewage outlets, etc.).

3. Before vacuuming work, be sure to check whether the pot is flat against the lid of the pot, and whether the lid of the pot and the material port is tightly covered, and the seal is reliable. Close the valve ports on the lid, then open the vacuum valve on the lid, and then turn on the vacuum pump to evacuate. When the requirements are met, turn off the vacuum pump and close the vacuum valve at the same time. (See the operation process flow chart for details)

4. Homogeneous cutting and scraper stirring: After feeding (when debugging, it can be replaced with water) and then turn on the corresponding control switches to control the operation of the homogenizer and the operation of the scraper stirring. It should also be jogged before the stirring is started to check whether there is any abnormality in the stirring and scraping wall, and if so, it should be eliminated immediately.

5. The vacuum pump can be started when the homogenizer is sealed. If there is special need to open the atmosphere to start the pump, the operation should not exceed 3 minutes.

6. It is strictly forbidden to run the vacuum pump without working fluid. Do not block the exhaust port when the pump is running.

7. Regularly check the lubricating oil and grease in each component and bearing, and replace the clean lubricating oil and grease in time.

8. Keep the homogenizer clean. The parts of the homogenizer that are in contact with the working fluid should be cleaned every time the material is to be stopped or replaced, especially the cutting wheel cutting sleeve at the head, the sliding bearing and the shaft sleeve in the homogenizing sleeve. After cleaning and reassembly, the hand-rotated impeller should be free of sticking phenomenon. After the two flanges of the pot body and the pot cover are relatively fixed, the homogenizer motor can be turned correctly and there is no other abnormality before it can be started.

9. The cleaning work of all pots is handled by the user according to the standard.
