Emulsifier performance

The high-speed shearing emulsifier is driven by a motor, and the high-speed rotating rotor sucks out the material from the bottom of the container, bearing a strong mixing effect. The material is forced to pass through the gap that matches the stator and is thrown out from the stator hole. When the new material enters the rotor, it is subjected to severe mechanical and hydraulic shear forces. The new material is pushed into the container wall and changes direction, completing a cycle.
