The application of filling and sealing machines in people's daily lives is very broad. The filling and sealing methods of filling and sealing machines mainly include three types: superheated steam, air pressure, and their respective pressures, which are suitable for different packaging products.
1. Overheated steam canning method
Generally speaking, this category will raise the discharge tank to increase the pressure. Using one's own weight as a driving force, it is suitable for the production and manufacturing of products with good fluidity and low viscosity, such as milk and red wine.
2. Air pressure canning method
This category must ensure that the pressure in the bottle is less than atmospheric pressure, and then fill and pack the product according to the basic concept of standard pressure equilibrium. This type of filling and sealing machine generally has a simple structure, but the fusion and sealing of the components are good, and there are no significant regulations on the viscosity of the raw materials. It can produce and manufacture products such as sugar syrup, raw oil, sauce, etc.
3. Pressure canning method
This category is canned under the specification of pressure higher than atmospheric pressure. One type is to use the pressure in the discharge tank to be similar to the pressure in the bottle, and inject the liquid material into the bottle by weight, also known as isobaric canning. In addition, one type adds a booster piston rod at the top of the discharge tank to promote production and manufacturing. Common canned products include wine, champagne, carbonated drinks, etc.
