Troubleshooting method for tail sealing machine

1. It is common for seals to be unstable and very easy to open. There are two key factors: low temperature or short heat sealing time. We can adjust the temperature or heat sealing time appropriately; 2、 There is material at the seal, wipe the specific location of the seal clean.  

2. The seal is damaged or partially damaged. Mainly due to high temperature or damage to the high-temperature adhesive tape. We can lower the temperature, shorten the heat sealing time, and replace the high-temperature cloth.

3. The printing on the seal is unclear or uneven, with standard air pressure being too high, low temperature being too low, and inconsistent gaps between the upper and lower parts of the heated soup or cooled shaping head. You can increase the pressure, adjust the temperature, and adjust the specific position of the gap between the soup head or refrigeration shaping head.
